Bookable sessions
You can find bookable sessions with a leader - for those who want to learn the basics or find other IKSU members to play with. The sessions are held in English. Everyone is welcome, even if you have never tried Ultimate before. We play together regardless of level.

What is Ultimate?
It is a game without conscious body contact and since there are no referees, the players themselves are responsible for following the rules.
The game starts by one team throwing the disc to the opponents, who then pass the disc to each other without running with it in their hands. Goals are scored by a player on the playing field passing a teammate who is in the opposing team's goal area.
The indoor competition dimensions of the court correspond to a handball court.
