About the trip
Come and try outdoor climbing with a beautiful view over Tavelsjö. For those of you who want to try climbing outdoors and have a good time with like-minded people.

Trip description
We meet at 11 am at the parking lot below Vallberget Tavelsjö and walk together up to the cliff. Once there, we will have a short theory session on safety and climbing etiquette, and then – climb on!. When resting we can share experiences and tips while cooking brought along food over the fire. The trip ends around 4 pm.

Additional information
There is bus traffic to Tavelsjö. It might be possible to carpool with other participants. Bring your own climbing shoes; you can rent them at IKSU Sport or borrow from a friend if you don't have your own. Harness is also needed. The trip is weather dependent, i.e date may change with short notice.
Equipment
During the pre-meeting we go through all equipment and make eventual adjustments of the packing list, for example depending on the weather.
Much of the equipment is available for rental in our outdoor shop Sarek. As a participant you get a reduced price.
